These pages provide information about this SNF funded research project which aims to investigate weathering rates and processes in two small catchments located on Svalbard. The website is regularly updated with news of fieldwork and results.

The focus of this project is the impact of changes in glacial cover, permafrost depth and arctic climate on weathering rates.
